I’ve been selling real estate since 2004 and was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame based on my sales volume in 2013. Then in 2015 I earned the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Award which recognizes Associates who rank among the very highest of producers. I put my clients first and they have helped me become one of the top agents in the area.
Previous to getting my real estate license I obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Trent University. I have lived and worked in the Bancroft and Peterborough areas, an am very knowledgeable on our lakes and everything the area has to offer. I am well recognized for marketing and selling waterfront properties and also deal with residential and commercial properties.
I have a HUGE presence in social media and a vast number of active and engaged followers on my Facebook and Twitter pages. I have a developed a vast network of other REALTORS across Canada who trust me with their referrals and a large percentage of my business is established through this Referral Network that I have created.
I have my brokers license and am always furthering my education and learning new tools for this business. I am an Accredited Senior Agent with the Accredited Senior Agent Society which qualifies me to properly counsel senior citizens during real estate transactions. Less than 1% of REALTORS have this distinguished designation.
I am very active in the community and have been on many volunteer committees including the Freedom Skate Park and Relay for Life.
I donate a portion of my commission from each sale to the Children's Miracle Network.
